Simplicity

While we hope that you are pleased with your order, we understand that sometimes things just do not work out.

Non-Defective Returns

Within 30 days of receipt of your order, you may return any item for a full refund.  The only exceptions are Apparel items that have been either worn or washed and Original Works of Art.  These items will NOT be eligible for an exchange or refund.  Every apparel item will have care instructions included with the shipment.

The returned items must be 100% complete, in original and resalable condition, will all packaging and accessories. We will not issue a refund for items damaged during return shipping. We reserve the right to refuse a return on any item that does not meet our requirements.

Incorrect or Defective Items

If you receive an incorrect item in your order, we want to fix the problem. Please email us at or call us 281-759-1749, Mon-Fri 8:30am-5:00pm CST to tell us about the problem within 10 days of the receipt of your order. We will pay to have the item(s) returned to our warehouse and either ship out the proper item(s) or cancel your order for a full refund (including your original shipping).

Damaged Items

If you receive a damaged item in your order, we want to fix the problem. Please email us at or call us 281-759-1749, Mon-Fri 8:30am-5:00pm CST to tell us about the problem within 48 hours of the receipt of your order. Please click here to see more information on how to proceed when you have received damaged items. DO NOT DISPOSE OF ANY DAMAGED ITEMS OR ANY OF THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING AND/OR PACKING MATERIALS. DISPOSING OF ANY DAMAGED ITEMS, ORIGINAL PACKAGING AND INNER PACKING MATERIALS WILL VOID YOUR RIGHT TO A REFUND.

Ease

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Order Status" link under the My Account menu and click the View Orde Details button. Select the item you wish to return and click the "Return Item(s)" link on the right-hand menu.  Please complete the following:

  • Select a "Return Reason"
  • Select a "Return Action" - Depending on the condition of the product you may be entitled to a refund, replacement or a store credit.
  • Please provide with any additional comments.
Within 24 hours, or next business day, one of our representatives will be in contact via email with further instructions.

When you send the items back, include the packing slip, and wrap the package tightly. If you don't have the packing slip, you can send a copy of your order confirmation e-mail that we sent you when you ordered the items or send the order number on a separate piece of paper.

Refunds

We will notify you of your refund at your e-mail address once we have received and processed your returned items. Please understand that we will only refund the original shipping cost if the return is a result of our error in processing your original order.

After your return package is received and processed, a refund will be issued to your credit card for the amount of the merchandise. Refunds may take up to two billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement.

Exchanges

Just tell us the reason for your exchange, including the packing slip, and wrap the package tightly. If you don't have the packing slip, you can send a copy of your order confirmation e-mail that we sent you when you ordered the items or send the order number on a separate piece of paper. Let us know what size, color or item you would prefer instead. If the merchandise is unavailable, we will contact you via email. If you do not wish to wait for the merchandise to become available, your credit card will be refunded for the amount of the returned merchandise in the same manner as our returns policy. All exchanges are shipped USPS free of charge, unless expedited shipping is requested, in which an additional cost will be charged for the appropriate shipping charge incurred.
