My Account

What is My Account?

When you set-up and account, CreationWorks automatically remembers your billing address, your shipping address and your email information.

Why should I create an account?

It makes placing an order even more convenient. Once you create an account, you can:

  • Speed Through Checkout - Your information will be automatically entered when you checkout. Just sign in!
  • View Your Order History - You can view your complete Order History which means you will always have a record of your CreationWorks orders making it easy to reorder for your next purchase.

How do I create my account?

Click on the "Create an account" link at the top of every page of The ArtMarket.  Enter the required information on the CreationWork Create An Account page and click the "Create My Account" button.

What do I do if I forgot my password?

Click on the "Sign in" link at the top of every page of The ArtMarket. Click on the "Forgot Your Password?" link.  This will take you to the Change YOur Password page. Fill in your email below to request a new password. An email will be sent to the address below containing a link to verify your email address. When you click on that link your email address will be verified and you will then be emailed a new password.

"My Account" Page

From this page you can view your orders, update your account details and more.

  • View Messages - You can receive and send messages to CreationWorks about your order. When a message is sent regarding one of your orders, you will receive an email notification.
  • View Order Status - See the status of every order you've placed at CreationWorks, including whether it has been shipped, and if so an optional tracking number.
  • Completed Orders - See all completed orders you've placed at CreationWorks. You can also print invoices from this page.
  • Return Requests - View any outstanding return requests you've made for products you ordered from CreationWorks.
  • Your Address Book - Add, edit and remove shipping and billing destinations from your address book.
  • Wish Lists - Add, edit and remove wish lists, see items in your wish lists and optionally add each item to your shopping cart for purchase.
  • Your Account Details - Update your contact details, email address and/or change your password.
  • Your Recent Items - See a list of items you've recently viewed at CreationWorks.

About Ordering

Finding Items

CreationWorks, like most online stores, is organized into different categories. They can be found on the right hand column under the title of "Product Types". Currently, we have 6 categories of product offerings:

To shop for something, simply click on the desired category.

Ordering Items

Adding Items To Your Shopping Cart - To order an item, simply choose any attributes associated with the item (i.e., size, color), enter the quantity that you would like, and click the "Add To Cart" button. Use the right hand column to continue to shop for more items in other categories. You can view the items in your Shopping Cart any time by clicking the "View Cart" link on the top navigation bar. You can always modify the quantity of the items you are ordering or remove an item from your Cart at the "Your Shopping Cart" screen.

Checking Out - If you have added all of the items that you want to purchase to your Cart and you are not at the "Your Shopping Cart" screen, click the "Your Shopping Cart" link and take a moment to review what is in your Cart. You can modify the quantity of any item or remove any undesired items from your Cart.

When you are ready to place your order, click the "Proceed To Checkout" button. You will be taken to the first page of the Checkout section if you are logged in. If you are not logged in, you will be taken to the "Login" screen and you can choose to Login if you have any account, set-up an account if you do not have one, or continue without setting up an account. You will be guided throughout the checkout process.

Back-Ordering and Pre-Ordering

We endeavor to keep items in-stock. There may however be occasions when we experience a backorder situation. Orders are generally held until they can ship complete. If your order contains back ordered items, we strive to provide the best estimated ship date. You can also split your order into partial shipments by sending us an email at or contacting us at (281) 759-1749 weekdays 8am-5.30pm CT. Customers who split orders will be charged shipping, even if the original order was eligible for free shipping. We do not bill until the day your order ships.

Shipping Items

Shipments to AK and HI may require extra shipping charges that are not calculated during checkout.  There will be some instances when free shipping is offered and it can not apply to HI or AK due to shipping costs.  Customers will be notified via email and then phone if this is the case.

Where We Ship

We regret to inform you that we do not ship to international destinations at this time. We DO NOT ship to P.O. Boxes. We ONLY ship to Military Bases and APO/FPO (military) boxes USPS (US Postal Service).

Shipping Methods

We ship orders via USPS (US Postal Service) UPS Ground, UPS 3 Day Select, UPS 2nd Day Air Saver, and UPS 2nd Day Air,

The UPS shipping charges are based on the weight of your order and its destination.  Our shipping rates are automatically calculated real-time at the end of each ordering session, prior to checkout.  Since the shipping charge depends on the items that you order, you must create your order to find out your exact shipping charges.

Order Changes

Changing Your Order - Product or Quantity

It is our mission at CreationWorks to provide inspired artistic creations.  If you have placed an order and would like to modify it, please email us at or contact a customer care representative at 281-759-1749 ASAP to discuss the desired changes.  If you decide to call us, please click here for our customer care hours.  You can change your order if it has not been shipped.  In an effort to ship orders as quickly as possible, there is usually a small window of time in which to change your order.  If your order has not been processed for shipment, we will make every effort to honor your request. If it too late, you can return the shipment. For information on how to make a return, click here.

Changing Your Order - Destination Changes

We will allow for a change in the shipping destination as long as your order has not shipped. A change of shipping destination must be made directly with a customer care representative at 281-759-1749 (please click here for our customer care hours). We will not accept changes via email or voice mail. When a customer requests a change in the shipping destination, they agree to pay any additional shipping charge above the original shipping charge included in the original order. Additionally, if the change in the shipping destination is one from a non-Texas address to a Texas address, the customer agrees to pay any additional sales tax if not included in the original order.

Order Cancellations

If you have placed an order and would like to cancel it, please email us at or contact a customer care representative at 281-759-1749 ASAP to discuss the desired changes.  If you decide to call us, please click here for our customer care hours.  You can change your order if it has not been shipped.  In an effort to ship orders as quickly as possible, there is usually a small window of time in which to change your order.  If your order has not been processed for shipment, we will make every effort to honor your request. Emails About Your Order

After you have placed an order, you will receive emails about the status of your order. The following are some examples of emails you might receive:

  • Order Confirmation - This email confirms that we have received your order, and includes your order number. We recommend that you retain this email for your records.
  • Awaiting Fullfillment - This email informs you that your order is awaiting fulfillment for back-ordered items.
  • Awaiting Shipment - This email confirms that your order has been fulfilled and awaits shipping.
  • Partially Shipped - This email informs you that your order has been partially shipped and includes a tracking number if you selected UPS shipping.
  • Shipment Confirmation - This email confirms that your order has been shipped. The arrival time of your order depends on the shipping method selceted, the items itself, and the destination address specified for the order.
  • You Have Cancelled Your Order - This email confirms that your order has been cancelled at your request. Retain this email for your records.
  • Unable To Process Your Cancel Request - This email is sent when we are unable to process your cancel request.
  • Your Order is Declined - This email is sent when we are unable to accept yuour order.
  • Your Order Has Been Refunded - This confirms that your order has been refunded.
  • Important Notice About Your Order - There are a few reasons why you would receive this email, including: difficulty in processing your order; inability to ship your order to the address provided; or an item that your have order is not available. Should you receive a notice like this, please respond to the email with the information requested or call our Customer Care Team at 281-759-1749.

Order History

You can view the history of all of your prior CreationWorks orders by clicking on the "View Order Status" or "Completed Orders" links in the right hand column of the ArtMarket.

Order History allows you to:

  • Review all of your CreationWorks orders, and
  • Re-order selected items, or
  • Replicate an entire order.

To view your Order History:

  • You will need to have a CreationWorks account. You can click here to create an account if you do not already have one.
  • You can reach the "Order Status" page from the link which is located at on the top navigation bar, or by clicking on the "Order Status" link on the "My Account" page in the right hand column.
  • An "Order Status" page will provide you with information about all of your recent past orders placed with CreationWorks.

To Re-Order Items:

  • Clicking on a specific order on your "Order Status" page or "Completed Orders" page will show you your past orders with the option of re-ordering selected items or re-ordering all of the items.
  • You will be able to select the quantity of the items you are placing in your cart.
