Payment

You can pay for your online purchases with the following:

  • Visa,
  • MasterCard,
  • Discover,
  • American Express, or
  • Debit cards connected with either Visa or MasterCard.
We process your credit/debit card in real time across a secure connection.  We DO NOT store your credit card details.  We do not accept personal checks, CODs, or Money Orders.

 

We validate your credit card information for your security and ours. We reserve the right to cancel an order that does not meet the following criteria:

  • Your billing name, address and phone number must match the information that appears on your monthly credit card billing statement; and
  • The CV2 security number you submit must match the number on your credit card.

 

For credit cards, we pre-authorize your credit card to make sure the funds are available. Payment (transfer of funds) does not occur until the order ships. If the amount of charge exceeds your credit limit, your order will be automatically cancelled and we will contact you. A receipt is included with each order.

For debit cards, the pre-authorization may look like a debit on your account. We will not actually debit your account until your order is shipped. If the amount of charge exceeds your available balance, your order will be automatically cancelled and we will contact you. A receipt is included with each order.

If we have to cancel your order, the amount of time it takes to credit your account depends on the issuer of your card. If your card has not been charged, the time it takes for the pre-authorized funds to be released also depends on the issuer of your card.

If you are having difficulty ordering with your credit/debit card and have determined that all of the card information you are providing is correct, please contact the issuer of your card to determine whether they are blocking the charge. On occasion, the issuer of your card will block an online charge if you do not regularly make online purchases. This is for your, the issuer's and our security.

Sales Tax

CreationWorks is located in Texas; therefore, sales tax is charged on all orders with a Texas shipping address. Additionally, sales tax is charged on the total amount, including shipping charges.
